We are extremely confident in our 40+ herb formula. If, after 30 days of consistent daily use, you do not see visible results—such as reduced hair fall, new baby hair growth, elimination of dandruff, or relief from migraine—you are entitled to a refund of the product price under the following conditions:

Strict Usage Requirement
You must use Zamora Royal exactly as directed every day for a full 30 days. Sporadic use or failure to follow the instructions will void the guarantee. -
Proof of Usage
To verify that you have used the oil for 30 days, you must provide:-
A clear “Before” photo taken on Day 1, before starting the treatment.

A clear “After” photo taken on Day 30, after completing the 30‑day application.

How to Claim

Contact our support team within 3 days after completing Day 30 via WhatsApp or email.

Provide your order number, the Before and After photos, and a brief description of your experience.

Our team will review your submission within 2 working days.

Refund Amount
If your claim is approved, we will refund the product price minus a flat Rs. 300 delivery and handling charge.
The Rs. 300 covers the original shipping, packaging, and processing costs, which are non‑refundable. -
No Bottle Return Required
You do not need to send the used bottle back. The guarantee is entirely proof‑based. You may keep the remaining oil.
🔄 GENERAL RETURNS – DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Damaged / Leaking Bottles
If your bottle arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
Please record a short unboxing video as proof. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund (including the delivery charge), at our discretion. -
Incorrect Product Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free pickup and ship the correct product at no extra cost, or issue a full refund. -
Unopened Products
Due to the personal care nature of hair oil, we do not accept returns for “change of mind”. However, if the bottle is completely unopened and the seal intact, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be borne by you.

Method: Refunds are processed via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.

Processing Time: Once approved, the refund is initiated within 48 hours and may take 5‑7 working days to appear in your account.
