📦 SHIPPING CHARGES

We keep our delivery charges simple and transparent. The final shipping cost depends on whether a promotional offer is active, your order value, and your location.



Scenario Shipping Fee
During a Special Promotional Offer (announced on our website, social media, or WhatsApp) Free delivery on ALL orders, regardless of order value.
When no promotion is active and your order is below Rs. 1,500 A flat rate of Rs. 230 applies.
When no promotion is active and your order is Rs. 1,500 or above Free delivery (you automatically qualify).

Note: Any active promotional offer always overrides the standard rates. The banner on our website will clearly indicate whether an offer is currently live. If no special offer is displayed, the standard charges in rows 2 and 3 above will automatically apply at checkout.

⏱️ DELIVERY TIME

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Delivery across all major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.) takes 2‑3 business days.

  • Remote or far‑flung areas may take up to 5 business days.

💵 CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on all orders nationwide. There are no extra charges for choosing COD.

📍 DELIVERY AREAS

We ship all over Pakistan via trusted courier partners. If you live in a very remote village, please confirm delivery availability with our support team before placing your order.

📦 ORDER TRACKING

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use it to track your order on the respective courier company’s website (TCS, Leopard, M&P, Trax, or Call Courier).

🔄 INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double‑check your shipping address carefully before placing the order. If you realise you have entered a wrong address, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
